There were several members of staff who I would like to personally thank: Mohammed, Amir, Luca, Roy, I believe “Shaheed/Shah”. The staff at Montcalm really set the standard for world class customer service. The quality of the room was also 10/10.

The position. It is located in a business district very close to Liverpool Station. As it is a business area, it was very calm and quiet during Easter time. I think it will be the same during every weekend. The building. It is an historical building very elegant and very well maintained. The breakfast room is at tenth floor with an amazing view.

The staff and service as always are superb (Daniel, Camelia, Otilia , Daniel and Cherif) and clearly the team does a great job as new members such as Elizabete seem really at ease dealing with guests.
