The staff and service as always are superb (Daniel, Camelia, Otilia , Daniel and Cherif) and clearly the team does a great job as new members such as Elizabete seem really at ease dealing with guests.

The location was great, the facilities like the gym and pool were good, the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything about our stay from check in to check out was exceptional. The hotel went above and beyond for my wife and I. I contacted reception beforehand with a few queries and requests and all expectations were exceeded. There were several members of staff who I would like to personally thank: Mohammed, Amir, Luca, Roy, I believe “Shaheed/Shah”. The staff at Montcalm really set the standard for world class customer service. The quality of the room was also 10/10.
