The new mattresses and the refund of spa area are superb. similarly thr Xmas decorations really are top notch. The staff and service as always are superb (Daniel, Camelia, Otilia , Daniel and Cherif) and clearly the team does a great job as new members such as Elizabete seem really at ease dealing with guests.

The size of the room was good and the bed was fine. I liked the electronic system for switching the lights off and on. It is not the nicest part of London (many office buildings), but the advantage of that is also the absence of many tourists.

The location was perfect; it was not too far away from the center and, at the same time, not close. Second, There was a lot to do around my hotel, and the staff also helped me someday with making a plan that matched my desires

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. My room was spotless and cozy, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available throughout the day. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, an excellent experience—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The staff was amazing and made us feel very special by offering a free upgrade and breakfast for my husband's birthday. The room and bed were very big and comfy, the bathroom super nice. The facilities were great, especially the pool and roof terrace. The location was perfect for us, easy to get to wherever we needed to go.
